She Lost 50 Pounds In Just 6 Weeks Only By Doing This Every Night Before Going To Bed!

Recently, a new diet called the Flat Belly Overnight eating food has been taking over the world. Eat more fruits and vegetables

Fruits are frequently treated with pesticides and toxic chemicals, so they can actually reflect in more harm than good, but they can also affect our ability to lose weight.
Consuming more fruit and vegetable can increase the levels of leptin and cortisone and in that way reduce the fat burning hormones. So, according to this, you have fewer chances to burn fat.

    1. Yes, I have. Took it in the morning and it helps to control your hunger. Here is my recipe: I used the whole lemon plus all the other items as listed and mixed it in 32 ounces of water and drank it over an hours time. Yes, I drank the entire quart every morning. I drink a lot of water every day, like a gallon or maybe more, so that was no problem for me. I lost weight and I also was mindful of what I ate. It worked for me using my recipe. Also I added a few drops of vanilla to improve the taste. May have different results using original recipe. With my recipe I lost weight. Everyone is
      different and results may vary. Hope this helps.

  9. Did anyone hear anything back from tbe blogger on when to take this besides in the morning first thing?

    If not, perhaps take it before going to bed and again first thing in the morning on am empty stomach.

    I will let you know how it goes for me after I try it following a work trip.

    I mean should see results anytime within 72 hrs.

  10. Why don't you all just try it....its got excellent ingredients and i have heard taking Apple Cider Vinegar does help you lose weight. Take it at night. Honey is good for you as is Cinnamon and Lemon. So if you don't lose weight it can only do you good. I am going to buy the ingredients to make a large batch and keep it in the fridge. I must look on my Pinterest as I'm sure i have something similar
    . When i find it i will post it up here.

    1. it defintly wrks bcus my friend did it for 2 mths an the nxt time i seen her which was abt a mth an 2wks i cudnt beleive my eyes. she had lost abt 30-40lbs jst tht quick wit no wrkn out whts so evr, her bad eatn had demenishd on its own an she looks fabulus, i almost ddnt reconize her whn i wlkd thru her door i was amazed so i wnt hme 2 try. Was doing good an lost 5lbs n tht wk but thn fell off the wagon, i am bck on nw an i drnk the concoksion 3 times a day, wll gve update abt 2wks frm nw

  11. One GLASS of water? That is not specific at all; glasses come in all sorts of sizes. Do you mean 8 ounces? 12 ounces? 16 ounces? How much the product is "diluted" with water will make a huge difference.

    1. It does not mater how much water you put with it. As long as you get the full amount of the important ingredients you can put a gallon of water with it. In fact more is better

  14. I saw a similar recipe with cayenne pepper in it. Maybe people can try it with and without it for more stubborn fat, BTW (for those asking) it means she made the stuff before bed to take in the morning. It works better if you let the ingredients sit together in a fridge over night first.
